Job Description

As a Customer Service Manager your responsibilities are:

  • Lead and supervise the customer service team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Optimise office processes and implement automation tools for efficiency
  • Ensure accurate follow-up of procurement, sales, and service procedures
  • Coordinate quotations, orders, and tenders in compliance with company standards
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or management
  • Previous experience leading an administrative or customer service team
  • Fluent in Dutch and French; good command of English
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in modern IT tools; Excel expertise required, ERP knowledge (SAP) is a plus
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to manage cross-functional interactions
