He is seeking for a new Customer Service Manager to join an expanding company.

Job Description

As Customer Service Manager you will:

  • Manage and develop your team to reach the best customer satisfaction
  • Drive the highest service KPIs
  • Run different projects regarding digitization
  • Implement cost control for efficiency
  • Guarantee the good application of processes in line with regulation

The Successful Applicant

The Customer Service Manager has the following profile:

  • Degree in Supply Chain
  • Fluent in French, Dutch & English
  • 5 to 10 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent people leader and change management approach
  • Curious, open minded, passionate about customer service
  • Good knowledge of order to invoice processes and systems
  • Experience in Healthcare or Medical Devices industry
