The Customer Service Representative f/m/d assist the Order Process Management, he/she has to check, register, confirms customers' orders and organize the shipment with all its adjustments. The Customer Service Representative assist the Order Process Management, he/she has to check, register, confirms customers' orders and organize the shipment with all its adjustments. This positions is open in Antwerp and will ask for you to be the point of contact for allocated customers on all information (requests, complaints, etc.) and to exchange in English, German or French.

The following missions will be yours :

  • Check, register, confirms customers' orders, encode order with shipment date and liaise with contracted haulier to organize shipment while communicating with customer and make all the adjustments necessary until the booking and closing of orders,
  • Manage consignment if inventory tracking / VMI and reconcile inventory monthly
  • In charge of the daily processing of domestic and export invoices for customers orders, initiate approval of billing to finance department and participate in ERP implementation as needed
  • Manage rebates & commissions, review data and correct discrepancies as needed and then input data in ERP
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Communicate back to Customer Service for customer information, follow up on tasks allocated with relevant functions



Profil recherché

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of related experience in or dealing with the neighboring functions of Customer Service (Sales/Sales Admin, Supply Chain & Logistics, Production, Finance). You have developed the following skills :

  • Experience in service and logistics in an international environment
  • You have an advantage in understanding and engaging people from neighboring functions of Customer Service
  • Deep knowledge of customer journey improvement to drive customer centricity
  • Customer focus and service orientation,
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and being result oriented
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly communicate ideas and recommended action and to present at senior level
  • Fluent in English, German and/or French
  • Knowledge of CRM system (Salesforce), software like Qualtrics or SAP
