Job Description

Key responsibilities



  • Supervise and support a team of five logistics coordinators (inbound and outbound)


  • Oversee timely product receipt, dispatch, packaging-material control, inventory reconciliation, and destruction processes


  • Monitor and report on weekly/monthly KPIs; forecast capacity using supply, demand, sales, and inventory data


  • Lead continuous-improvement initiatives and execute enhancements across operations


  • Coordinate with supply sites, logistics teams, customer service, carriers, and internal stakeholders


  • Conduct regular team meetings and escalate issues promptly to management


  • Allocate resources effectively, mentor the team, and ensure accountability

The Successful Applicant

Qualities of a successful candidate



  • At least 5 years of progressive warehouse or distribution-center operations leadership
  • Bachelor or Masters degree
  • Fluent in English and Dutch is a big plus


  • Proven ability to manage small teams in a multinational logistics environment


  • Analytically, KPI-driven mindset with process-improvement orientation


  • Strong communicator who collaborates across functions, and enforces compliance


  • Hands-on manager with a mentor mindset, focused on execution and continuous development
