Job Description

  • Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of ERP systems to support business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
  • Analyse and resolve system issues to minimise downtime and optimise performance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilisation of ERP tools.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for system upgrades and support as needed.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency.
