Description du poste

The Expansion Manager will be responsible for finding new locations for the establishment of butcher shops in Belgium and northern France. In collaboration with the company administrators, you will contribute to the development of the group through the expansion of the store network.

Your responsibilities:

  • Searching for new locations.
  • Analyzing projects.
  • Reporting to your supervisor (administrator).
  • Presenting projects to field teams.
  • Negotiating with intermediaries and landlords.
  • Analyzing leases, with support from a specialist

Profil recherché

  • You have a strong knowledge of the commercial real estate market or business development in the expansion or District Management in Retail distribution.
  • You have a good understanding of the applicable authorization regimes in the various regions.
  • You have more than five years of experience in a similar role.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office.
  • You are perfectly fluent in French and Dutch.
