The Export Manager - Retail will be in charge of the following responsibilities :
- Drive growth outside core markets (including the UK, Spain, Eastern Europe and the USA)
- Develop new markets within and outside Europe
- Develop and implement the export strategy
- Manage your sales team consisting of representatives and agents
- Establish sales and service structures in new markets
- Acquire key furniture retailers and initiate strategic sales partnerships
- Represent the interests of your markets within the company

- You have previous experience in a similar role
- You love to travel
- You excel in analysis and can identify connections even in complex situations
- You are creative and solution-oriented
- You enjoy interacting with customers, dealers, and colleagues
- You are proactive and embrace change
- Speaking German in a must. You are fluent in English.
