About Our Client

Our client is one of Belgium's most renowned players in the data center facilities sector

Job Description

  • You lead the Facilities Engineers team responsible for the maintenance of all existing technical facilities in our data centers.
  • You are responsible for the organization and control of maintenance planning, plan updates, administration of the facilities department, and associated reporting.
  • In this varied role, you will also monitor quality, incidents, safety, security, and environmental management.
  • You will also work with the Services Manager to ensure that the planned work in our data centers is carried out in a qualitative and efficient manner.
  • Finally, you will participate in the optimization of the existing installations in close collaboration with the Project Manager and work with subcontractors to ensure that everything runs even more efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

  • You have an industrial or civil engineering degree or equivalent through experience
  • You have experience in leading a team
  • You have knowledge of electricity or HVAC and installation monitoring
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
  • You have knowledge of incident, problem, and change management
  • You are comfortable with software applications
