For the Finance team, they are looking for a new colleague that will lead the Financial scope in Belgium & Luxemburg. They are looking for someone to oversee the Financial departments in both countries and functions as they same time as a Financial Business Partner to the Managing Partners and report on group Level to the UK & USA.

Job Description



  • Finance Oversight: The Finance Manager oversees the finance function in Brussels and Luxembourg, including financial and statutory accounting, finance operations, inventory management, analysis, and reporting.


  • Coordination and Integration: Promotes coordination between Finance and other Business Services, ensuring best practices across the office.


  • Financial Control Improvement: Responsible for the operation and continuous improvement of the financial control environment in both offices.


  • Support to Partners: Ensures partners receive support on all financial matters.


  • Compliance and Accounting: Works with regional/global management and local advisors to meet local statutory requirements, including preparing statutory accounts and tax returns.


  • Finance Operations: Manages accounts payable, treasury, payroll, and oversees a team of three staff members.


  • Inventory Management: Handles monthly billing, cash collections, and maintains dialogue with partners to ensure effective inventory management.


  • Analysis, Reporting, and Budgeting: Reviews expenditures, collaborates on management information, and develops budgets annually with the regional finance team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor or Master in Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English & French, Dutch is a plus
