About Our Client
Unique opportunity for a finance professional to join a successful and growing investment firm.
Job Description
- Quarterly investor reporting
- Semi-annual valuation of the funds
- Year-end closings & statutory accounts (for a multitude of legal entities)
- Annual IFRS accounts for the funds
- Risk management procedures & reporting
- Reporting to the FSMA & to other external bodies
- Support with the launch of new funds
- Follow-up on tax matters (e.g. transfer pricing, VAT, WHT)
- Building internal management reporting (incl. establishments in the Netherlands, France & Germany)
- Follow-up of administrative matters
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in finance/controlling/audit
- Good notions of fiscal & legal (corporate law) matters is a plus
- Quick learner
- Languages: fluent in Dutch & English - good knowledge of French
- Thorough knowledge of Excel (affinity with ERP systems /IT)
- Experience in a holding/investment/real estate company is a plus, but not a prerequisite
