About Our Client

Unique opportunity for a finance professional to join a successful and growing investment firm.

Job Description

  • Quarterly investor reporting
  • Semi-annual valuation of the funds
  • Year-end closings & statutory accounts (for a multitude of legal entities)
  • Annual IFRS accounts for the funds
  • Risk management procedures & reporting
  • Reporting to the FSMA & to other external bodies
  • Support with the launch of new funds
  • Follow-up on tax matters (e.g. transfer pricing, VAT, WHT)
  • Building internal management reporting (incl. establishments in the Netherlands, France & Germany)
  • Follow-up of administrative matters

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in finance/controlling/audit
  • Good notions of fiscal & legal (corporate law) matters is a plus
  • Quick learner
  • Languages: fluent in Dutch & English - good knowledge of French
  • Thorough knowledge of Excel (affinity with ERP systems /IT)
  • Experience in a holding/investment/real estate company is a plus, but not a prerequisite
