Job Description

  • Day to day accounting
  • Invoicing clients
  • Providing monthly and quarterly reporting to the management
  • Preparing actuals, forecasts and budgets
  • Reporting to the Belgian financial regulator FSMA
  • Project management : Setting-up a more digital way of invoicing
  • Contact person to the external accountants
  • Interacting with our professional partners i.e. custodians, insurance brokers, …
  • Back-up of the back-office specialist: e.g. with daily and monthly validations, creation of new portfolios, updating models, daily reconciliation interfaces
  • Employee and salary administration

The Successful Applicant

You are fluent in Dutch and English

You have a first working experience in Finance, Accountancy, Consultancy,..

Proficient at Excel, experience with Exact is an add-on

Solution driven mentality, critical and analytical mindset

Hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit and no 9 to 5 mentality
