Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Consolidate financial data across multiple business units and subsidiaries.
• Conduct variance analyses (budget vs. actual) and present actionable recommendations.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process in collaboration with business unit managers.
• Maintain and update rolling forecasts to ensure accurate financial projections.

Control & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to internal financial procedures and policies.
• Support the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
• Manage cash flow and monitor payment and collection cycles.

Business Partnership

• Act as a financial advisor to management and operational teams.
• Translate financial insights into practical measures to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Support investment decisions by preparing ROI analyses and business cases.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and internal control processes.
• Implement tools and systems to improve transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in financial operations.
