Job Description

FINANCIAL CONTROLLERKey Responsibilities:

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis in coordination with the group
  • Monthly closing regarding the compliance with group policies and deadlines
  • Financial reporting (Management Business Review)
  • Balance sheet reviews with the CFO and Tax compliance (VAT, tax filings)
  • Handle cash flow reporting, fixed assets register
  • Supervise treasury operations, bank relations, cash management
  • Supervise the AP/AR teams ensuring timely invoicing and payments
  • Manage payroll finalization, bank reporting & annual audit processes
  • Improve financial processes & internal controls
  • Coach & develop the accounting team



The Successful Applicant

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

The profile I'm looking for:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, or a related field
  • Required Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, a background in a BIG4 is welcome
  • Languages: French, English & Dutch
  • Personal Qualities: A sense of responsibility, proactivity, and strong analytical skills
  • Good technical skills
