For their office in the North of the Brussels region, they are currently looking for a Financial Controller who will take responsibility for several countries within the European scope.

Job Description

  • Oversee the preparation and statutory filing of financial statements for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local requirements.
  • Coordinate and lead the external audit process, acting as primary contact for auditors and ensuring timely delivery of all documentation.
  • Manage the full cycle of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
  • Perform financial analysis, reconciliations, and variance explanations to ensure accuracy and transparency of results.
  • Provide management with insights and reports to support decision-making at European level.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and corporate reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors to support operational and strategic initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance or Accountancy.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Experience in an Audit/Accounting/Finance role!
  • Experience in an international environment is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English in combination with either Dutch or French.
  • Trilingual is a big plus!
