They are looking for a Financial Controller to strengthen its finance team.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decisions:

  • Prepare monthly closings and contribute to the annual closing process
  • Perform financial and operational analysis to support decision-making
  • Monitor budgets, analyze variances, and ensure data reliability
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and tools
  • Develop internal reporting and contribute to group-level financial reports
  • Collaborate with operational, HR, and IT teams to ensure a holistic view of the business
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, including digital transformation and reporting upgrades

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within services or an international environment
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Excellent analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and business-driven
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Trilingual in French, Dutch, and English (professional level in all three languages required)
