Job Description
As a Senior Financial Expert, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Financial Planning, Strategy, and Control by overseeing and coordinating processes, reports, budgets, and forecasts related to investments, productivity, and the public service contract for 2023-2032.
- Lead Financial Operations: Drive strategic planning and execution of key initiatives that shape the future of the organization.
- Coordinate Investment Planning: Oversee and analyze investment plans to ensure alignment with long-term goals and present findings to management.
- Transform Data into Insights: Convert complex financial data into actionable insights, guiding critical financial decisions.
- Set Up Robust Frameworks: Establish technical and financial frameworks that ensure compliance, efficiency, and consistency across the board.
- Empower Teams: Provide tools, training, and support to teams, enhancing their financial management capabilities and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Drive Productivity and Success: Play a key role in steering the company toward greater productivity and success in a rapidly changing market.
The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree in business engineering, economics, or financial sciences, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years in finance, with significant experience in a Big Four firm or similar, and an experience internally
- Expertise in financial audits, reporting, and accounting
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI; advanced Excel skills are a plus
- Strong knowledge of French
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, goal-oriented, problem-solving, and stress-resistant
