Job Description

  • Manage and validate financial reporting cycles, including quarterly and yearly closings for multiple investment entities across Europe
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of investor communications, including performance reports and account updates.
  • Coordinate and maintain strong working relationships with key third-party partners such as fund administrators, custodians, banks, law firms,...
  • Work closely with deal teams on transaction execution, particularly around compliance checks and documentation
  • Serve as the go-to contact for investors' ad-hoc queries, ensuring a responsive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Liaise with custodians and AIFMs to handle payment flows and support regulatory documentation needs.
  • Administer day-to-day financial operations including cash monitoring, invoice management, and accrual calculations.
  • Lead audit coordination and support tax compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant



  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or audit.


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the fund industry (accounting, controlling, audit, or,..)


  • Strong knowledge of the private equity industry in Europe, particularly Luxembourg;


  • Proactive and autonomous with excellent organizational and analytical skills.


  • Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach and the ability to multitask.


  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office; experience with data analysis and automation tools is welcomed.
