Our client is a European energy coordination organization supporting electricity transmission and market operations. They focus on grid stability, integration of renewable energy, and cross-border electricity market development.

Job Description

  • Gather, validate, and refine business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Define and implement cost-sharing methodologies in collaboration with RCC experts.
  • Lead testing activities, including drafting use cases and managing SAT/UAT phases.
  • Organize workshops with experts from TSOs and RSCs.
  • Provide actionable feedback from testing to improve solution quality.
  • Ensure compliance with program documentation, timelines, and quality standards.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven expertise in cost-sharing principles and testing leadership.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field with 5-10 years of experience.
  • Fluency in English and flexibility to travel across Europe.
