Job Description

As a Change Project Manager, you will:

  • Ensure that the transformation initiatives are integrated by customers, brokers & Employees
  • Support the Cultural transformation by implementing new approaches based on best market practices
  • Define and Implement the Change strategy, the Change plans, the new organisation
  • Guiding and Monitoring the Change Team assigned to the project
  • Manage the Implementation Plan from start to finish
  • Report on the Progress and The KPI about the adoption of the Change
  • Contribute to Exchanges between colleagues to boost the team spirit and knowledge sharing
  • Contribute on various actions and communications of the Change Management



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must have:

  • A Master degree
  • A proven experience in Project & Change Management
  • A good knowledge of work process management
  • Knowledge of the Insurance Business
  • Knowledge of ADKAR (Certified is even better), Agile Method, Customer Journey, Design Thinking
  • Fluency in French and Dutch and a good knowledge of English
