Job Description
***Freelance Facility Manager - Industrial ***
- Define, implement, and monitor all Facility Management Services (cleaning, reception, maintenance, security, etc.).
- Manage the performance of key suppliers according to the KPIs defined in the contract (outsourced model).
- Ensure business continuity for critical services and property management.
- Balance global strategy, local needs, budget constraints, and customer feedback to make informed decisions.
- Act as a change agent in collaboration with the Plant Director, business leaders, and employees.
The Successful Applicant

- Proven experience in facility management, including handling multiple services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security.
- Strong ability to manage outsourced suppliers and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Technical expertise in HVAC systems and building management systems is essential.
- Experience in ensuring business continuity and making strategic decisions in alignment with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential.
