Job Description

    • Process incoming invoices and bank statements accurately and timely
    • Maintain general ledger accounting and ensure data consistency
    • Prepare and support monthly financial closings and reporting
    • Act as a finance key user in the SAP Business ByDesign implementation
    • Design, execute, and document User Acceptance Testing scenarios
    • Support data migration activities and validate financial data
    • Train end users by developing and delivering training materials
    • Provide hands‑on post‑go‑live support to internal stakeholders
    • Define and optimize finance processes in collaboration with business teams
    • Work closely with sales, supply chain, and finance departments

The Successful Applicant

    • At least 5 years of experience in an accounting or finance environment
    • Strong understanding of accounting flows and end‑to‑end processes
    • Solid grasp of VAT principles and basic taxation concepts
    • Proven experience as a key user in an ERP implementation
    • Familiarity with supply chain and sales processes
    • Comfortable working in structured project environments
    • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an asset
    • Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
