Our client is looking for a Freelance HR & AI Transformation Project Manager to design and deploy AI‑powered solutions across HR and business operations. The role combines process analysis, AI automation, tool orchestration, and end‑to‑end project delivery in a complex international setting.

Functie

  • Conduct an as‑is analysis of HR processes across countries to identify gaps
  • Assess performance management, onboarding, and governance practices
  • Identify inefficiencies and design AI‑driven automation opportunities
  • Define a target HR operating model integrating tools, governance, and AI
  • Build and execute a pragmatic HR & AI transformation roadmap
  • Lead HRIS and performance tool selection and AI‑supported deployment
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors on end‑to‑end implementation
  • Ensure cross‑country consistency and documentation.



Profiel

    • Senior experience in HR, digital transformation, or AI project management
    • Strong expertise in process optimization and automation
    • Proven background in international, matrix organizations
    • Hands‑on experience with AI, workflow automation, and orchestration tools
    • Ability to turn ideas into concrete, implemented use cases
    • Comfortable working with HRIS, CRM, and integrated platforms
    • Business‑driven, pragmatic, and solution‑oriented mindset
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Fluent in English and French
