This mission is for one of our clients located outside Brussels, west side of the city. It is an international organization.

Job Description

  • Support and recommendations to the business at all levels including partnering with leaders
  • Union relations
  • HR policies
  • Compensation & Benefits, function classification, performance management
  • Learning & Development, Talent Management
  • Talent Acquisition and Internal mobility
  • Organizational Design
  • HR metrics
  • Market trends regarding CLA's, payroll evolution, hiring and dismissals, …
  • Various transverse projects




The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in Dutch and good command of French, at least verbally
  • English is an asset
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Having worked at Benelux level is an asset, or at least for several European countries
  • Immediately available at least 4days/week
  • Comfortable working in a changing environment
  • Experience with Unions, Works Council, delegation
  • Good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation
  • Coaching abilities
