Our client is looking for a Freelance Insurance Claims Specialist to join their team in Brussels. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and efficient service within the Insurance industry.
Job Description
- Provide claims expert advice and support on insurance matters to customers
- Handle insurance claims efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal service delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Develop and implement strategies to improve insurance processes
- Manage relationships with insurance providers
- Ensure compliance with all company and industry policies
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in a relevant field such as Business or Finance
- Proven experience within a claims role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience within a B2C context
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- An analytic mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
