Our client is a European-level professional organisation, focusing on advancing best practices, research, education, and policy engagement across its field.

Job Description

  • Monitor and analyse EU policy developments (health, research, digital, sustainability) and translate them into actionable insights
  • Support advocacy activities, including drafting policy briefs, consultation responses, and stakeholder mapping
  • Lead and coordinate cross-departmental corporate projects, ensuring clear planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Identify and contribute to EU-funded project opportunities, including participation in grant applications
  • Coordinate committee activities, including meeting preparation, follow-up actions, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong understanding of EU policy and regulatory environment, ideally within health, research, or sustainability
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work across teams in an international environment
  • Master's degree (e.g., political science, public health, or related) with relevant experience in policy, projects, or similar roles
