About Our Client
Our client, a well-known pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Freelance Logistics Consultant to reinforce their team in Zaventem.
Job Description
- Prepare and monitor monthly purchase plans, forecasts, and stock levels.
- Verify and approve purchase invoices; manage stock entries and backorders.
- Coordinate product release, reconditioning, labeling, and decommissioning with Regulatory Affairs.
- Maintain communication with external warehouse and suppliers in multiple languages.
- Manage tasks on the logistics platform, including order processing and reporting.
- Track product launches, recalls, and stock destruction.
- Conduct year-end inventory and handle waste and packaging declarations.
The Successful Applicant
- You have a solid background in logistics/ supply chain
- You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and English
- You have an analytical mindset and like to improve processes
- You have a good knowledge of Excel and SAP
