***Freelance Maintenance Project Manager***

  • Oversee the preparation and follow-up of projects, including infrastructure improvements, process safety, and the commissioning of new machinery.
  • Collaborate with different departments to develop budget proposals and report progress and results to management.
  • Manage the Maintenance budget in partnership with the Preventive Maintenance Manager, aiming to optimize plant operations for maximum reliability.
  • Ensure adherence to EHS regulations and support continuous employee education, staying informed on the latest sustainability technologies.
  • Be an active member of the management team, providing backup support to the Preventive Maintenance Manager.



The Successful Applicant



***Freelance Maintenance Project Manager***

  • Strong technical background with a master's degree in engineering and proven experience in a maintenance/engineering role within a multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with SAP, AutoCAD, and MS365 software packages.
  • Critical thinker, result-driven, and able to collaborate effectively with various departments.
