Job Description

  • Integrate business continuity (BC) aspects in risk assessments (projects such as AI, externalization, IT)
  • Consolidate business continuity needs (BIA) from operational teams, benchmark against current measures, and identify gaps
  • Facilitate workshops to build or update continuity and exit plans with cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Define and test requirements for risk‑management tooling; suggest and implement optimizations
  • Develop actionable dashboards to inform and support decision-making at various management levels
  • Perform quality control of risk data and produce formal reports to regulatory bodies
  • Execute operational risk analyses and respond to queries from regulators, management, or clients

Experience & Knowledge

  • 2‑5 years' experience in Project Management and Business Continuity Management
  • 2‑5 years' familiarity with IT systems, digitalisation, and AI
  • Prior exposure to Operational Risk Management (preferred)
  • Experience managing third‑party service providers (advantageous)
  • Insurance or financial-sector experience (2‑5 years)

Languages

  • Fluent in English and either Dutch or French; working knowledge of the other national language is a plus
