Job Description

Reporting & KPI Follow-up

You are responsible for the monthly/quarterly reporting cycle and ensure accurate and timely insights:

  • Preparing and following up on monthly reports (internal, consolidation, and towards customers)
  • Monitoring and tracking KPIs
  • Ensuring data quality and flagging deviations or trends



Pricing Coordination

Within the pricing team, you support the daily operational activities:

  • Managing the pricing mailbox (questions, issues, follow-up)
  • Completing and correcting missing or incorrect prices in the ERP system
  • Supporting daily pricing decisions within existing frameworks and guidelines



Analytical & Content Support

You will also perform analyses and pricing-related research:

  • Preparing analyses for negotiations and price optimization/decision-making
  • Creating price offers and advising the sales team
  • Conducting pricing analyses (market, customers, performance)



You act as an internal pricing ambassador and promote value selling across departments.

The Successful Applicant

Profile

Education & Experience

  • Master's degree in economics, business, commercial sciences, (business) management, or similar
  • Solid experience in pricing, controlling, reporting, finance, or data analysis



Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with numbers
  • Excellent Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables); experience with BI tools is a plus
  • Accurate, structured, and quality-driven
  • Ability to combine operational tasks (daily pricing) with analytical work
  • Proactive in identifying deviations or missing information
  • Driven and eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch, English, and French



Personality & Working Style

  • Hands-on, eager to learn, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
  • Communicative and service-oriented (internal stakeholders, mailbox management)
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Comfortable working with deadlines and maintaining a clear overview
