The client is an international industrial group launching a new greenfield production site as part of a strategic expansion project.

Job Description

Freelance Production Process Manager



  • Design and verify process equipment systems within assigned modules.


  • Develop and manage budgets related to module scope.


  • Create and monitor project schedules for equipment-related activities.


  • Act as the main point of contact for external consultants and internal teams.


  • Identify risks and opportunities related to module integration in the overall project.



The Successful Applicant

Freelance Production Process Manager



  • Engineering background with strong technical knowledge of process equipment operation, integration, and maintenance.


  • Proven experience in managing project schedules and budgets.


  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams during installation and commissioning phases.


  • Skilled in solving technical issues and proposing process improvements.


  • Familiarity with food production standards, CAD tools, and performance monitoring software.
  • Must be fluent in English & Dutch, with French and German being an advantage.
  • Able to relocate for 12 months abroad (European based).
