About Our Client

You join an international manufacturing company active in the food industry, in a structured production environment.

Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate daily activities across several production lines
  • Lead, coach and supervise a team of around 40 operators
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (including HACCP)
  • Monitor performance, identify issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (production, warehouse, preparation)



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production environment
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial processes
  • Solid knowledge of quality and food safety standards (HACCP)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Flexible, hands-on and willing to work in a 2-shift system
