Freelance Project Planning Engineer



  • Refine and manage the overall project planning in Primavera P6, ensuring consistency across all subprojects.


  • Integrate scope changes, vendor constraints, and punch list impacts into the master schedule.


  • Coordinate commissioning activities with construction and start-up teams to ensure seamless project progression.


  • Prepare and maintain 2-week and 4-week look-ahead schedules in collaboration with the construction manager.


  • Monitor daily progress, analyze bottlenecks, and provide S-curves, critical path analyses, and KPI reporting to management.

The Successful Applicant

Freelance Project Planning Engineer



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, or equivalent by experience).


  • Proven experience in civil works and complex industrial projects, ideally within production environments.


  • Strong expertise in Primavera P6; experience with MS Project is a plus.


  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; hands-on and solution-oriented approach.


  • Fluent in Dutch (mandatory); English and/or French are strong assets.
