About Our Client

Industrial manufacturing site with international activities, combining production, R&D and technical services, operating under strict safety and quality standards.

Job Description

  • Manage capital and technical improvement projects from concept to commissioning (budget, specifications, tender follow-up, execution).
  • Lead high-priority investments such as equipment upgrades, utilities, packaging lines and furnaces.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
  • Analyze and optimize production processes (smelting and milling), addressing incidents impacting quality, productivity or EHS.
  • Coordinate closely with Production, Maintenance, EHS, Quality and external contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.



The Successful Applicant

  • Engineer in Electro-Mechanics or Chemistry with 7-10 years of relevant industrial experience.
  • Proven track record in managing capital projects (equipment installation, upgrades, utilities).
  • Strong understanding of industrial processes, safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with project management tools (planning, budgeting, risk management).
  • Hands-on, analytical and autonomous profile with strong collaboration and communication skills.
