About Our Client

The client is a real estate developer active in high-quality residential and mixed-use projects.

Job Description

  • Review design plans, propose technical optimisations, and define commercial specifications.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor construction budgets, costs, and timelines.
  • Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and other partners.
  • Coordinate architects, contractors, and subcontractors during project execution.
  • Act as the main point of contact for investors, stakeholders, and end clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment.



The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Industrial Sciences, Construction, or Architecture.
  • Proven experience in project management with a developer or contractor.
  • Strong negotiation skills with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Experience on residential projects over 20 units and/or B2B projects (offices, warehouses, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
