Job Description

Responsibilities include:



  • Define and lead the overall commercial strategy in line with brand positioning and company vision.


  • Build, manage, and defend a full P&L, ensuring performance within a coherent and controlled budget.


  • Represent the commercial function at Executive Committee level and actively defend brand interests.


  • Revitalize and strengthen established brands by capitalizing on their heritage and market specificity.

The Successful Applicant

Profile required:



  • Executive-level commercial leadership experience.


  • Proven ability to build and manage a P&L in a structured environment.


  • Strong background in retail and/or managing well-established consumer brands.


  • Strategic mindset with the ability to influence at board level and lead complex discussions.


  • Results-driven, financially disciplined, and comfortable in transformation contexts.
