Job Description

  • Own end‑to‑end programme delivery across web platform, middleware, ERP, PIM, CRM and DAM
  • Maintain full accountability for scope, timeline, budget, quality, and benefits realisation
  • Chair the Steering Committee and enable effective executive‑level decision‑making
  • Act as senior escalation point between business stakeholders and technology partners
  • Manage and challenge the system integrator on planning, estimates, and delivery quality
  • Enforce governance standards (PRINCE2) including stage gates and exception reporting
  • Drive clarity and execution across cross‑functional workstreams (IT, Marketing, Operations)
  • Lead multi‑country rollout strategy including readiness, UAT, go‑live and hypercare
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and cost pressures and implement mitigations

The Successful Applicant

  • Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner (mandatory); MSP or equivalent strongly preferred
  • 10+ years' experience in programme or complex project delivery
  • Proven senior leadership in managing large technology integrator engagements
  • Demonstrated success delivering B2B e‑commerce or enterprise platform programmes
  • Strong understanding of system integrations and enterprise architecture landscapes
  • Confident executive‑level communicator with strong stakeholder alignment skills
  • Able to take control of programmes at critical reset or transformation phases
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
