As Legal Counsel, you'll be part of a dynamic team of senior and junior professionals, supporting legal operations of the company. Your expertise will guide the business through both day-to-day legal matters and strategic initiatives.

Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements in B2B and B2C environments
  • Manage corporate housekeeping matters in Benelux, in collaboration with external legal advisors
  • Contribute to dispute resolution and risk mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Corporate Communications, etc.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the business, offering proactive and pragmatic legal guidance



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in corporate law, commercial contracts & compliance as Lawyer or Legal Counsel
  • Languages: Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in Dutch. French is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong grasp of corporate governance and contract law; ability to translate complex legal issues into actionable business advice
  • Mindset: Pragmatic, curious, solution-oriented, resilient, and business-minded
  • Background: Experience in both in-house roles and international law firms is a plus
  • Team Fit: Collaborative, positive, and eager to contribute to a diverse and international team
