Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for procurement teams globally.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide training on procurement templates and tools.
  • Identify and implement best practices to reduce project costs.
  • Promote an integrated way of working approach within procurement processes.
  • Support market surveys and negotiations on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Develop procurement talent and support affiliates in meeting local objectives.
  • Ensure alignment with group procurement strategies and processes.

The Successful Applicant

What Makes a Successful Candidate?

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement within construction or mechanical industries.
  • Bachelor or master degree, preferably in procurement/purchasing
  • Experience in Procurement excellence
  • Strong management skills, particularly in a matrix environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing abilities.
  • Fluency in French and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to empathise and actively listen, combined with a strategic business mindset.
