Job Description

As a Go-to-Market Manager - International Travel, you play a key role in understanding the needs of international travelers to successfully position existing products on the market through relevant campaigns and/or promotions

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of customers and target segments. You identify the reality, motivations, needs, and barriers of different audiences.
  • Translating market needs into concepts, campaigns, and Go-to-Market plans. You turn customer expectations into concrete ideas, campaigns (ad hoc & always-on), and annual marketing plans.
  • Defining and optimizing customer journeys. You design optimal customer experiences and translate them into automated flows and targeted campaigns, in collaboration with the Marketing Automation expert.
  • Managing and coordinating all product and segment communications. You ensure the creation and consistency of all content, assets, materials, and communications related to international products, in partnership with communication teams and product managers.
  • Analyzing performance and driving commercial results. You work daily with data, monitor sales performance, generate insights, and propose corrective actions.

The Successful Applicant

  • You hold a Master's degree (or equivalent through experience) AND have at least 5 years of experience in Go-to-Market Management.
  • You excel in stakeholder management.
  • You influence, align, and collaborate effectively in French, Dutch, and English within a complex environment.
  • You have a strong commercial and results-driven mindset. You always keep business objectives in mind, track KPIs, and adjust actions accordingly.
  • You think strategically while mastering execution. You develop a clear vision and are able to translate it into effective, actionable plans.
  • You thrive in complex organizations. You manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, remain resilient, and show patience with certain processes.
  • You demonstrate strong project management skills. You structure, organize, plan, and oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
