Job Description

  • Monitor and support the effective application of the entrepreneurial leadership charter across Group legal entities
  • Review governance practices to ensure respect of legal entity independence and corporate boundaries
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal governance guidelines and interaction models between legal entities, holdings, and Business Line Management
  • Prepare structured recommendations and follow-up actions when governance gaps are identified
  • Develop practical tools, documentation, and online training materials for entity leaders
  • Conduct regular operational governance reviews and document findings

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of experience in governance, compliance, risk, or corporate environments with strong operational exposure
  • Experience working within complex, multi-entity or international organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage processes and stakeholders without hierarchical authority
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Structured, hands-on, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working autonomously within a defined framework
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an asset
