Job Description

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team across IT Procurement and Supplier Enablement functions
  • Define and execute the strategy for supplier onboarding, enablement, and lifecycle management
  • Drive end-to-end process ownership across the Source-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash value chain
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across IT, procurement, finance, and shared services
  • Oversee escalations and ensure operational continuity across key supplier and procurement processes
  • Implement process improvements, automation, and strengthen internal controls
  • Foster a performance-driven culture aligned with leadership principles
  • Develop talent through structured coaching and career progression plans

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven leadership experience in IT Procurement, Supplier Enablement, or Source-to-Pay operations
  • Solid understanding of procurement platforms, supplier portals, and P2P/S2P tooling (SAP Ariba, Coupa, or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering measurable results
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels
  • Results-oriented with strong decision-making capabilities
  • Exposure to Order-to-Cash or shared service environments is a plus
  • Experience in international or matrix organizations is a plus
  • Pure controlling or accounting backgrounds are not the focus of this role
