For a leading organization operating in a professional services environment, we are looking for an HR advisor to support employees and managers across a dynamic and international scope.

In this broad role, you will combine operational HR delivery, benefits & wellbeing oversight, and project-based initiatives aimed at continuously improving the employee experience. Acting as a trusted internal partner, you will be a key point of contact for people-related topics while contributing to strategic HR priorities.

Description du poste

  • Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers, providing guidance across the full employee lifecycle in compliance with Belgian employment law
  • Manage and coordinate HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, personnel administration, employee data changes, and policy implementation, in collaboration with international teams
  • Own the day-to-day management of employee benefits programs, including liaison with external providers and brokers, and payroll/tax alignment and supervision
  • Lead or contribute to HR and benefits-related projects aimed at improving employee experience and operational efficiency
  • Support engagement and wellbeing initiatives across a multi-country professional services environment



Profil recherché

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a generalist HR role with exposure to payroll and benefits, on/off boarding processes
  • Solid knowledge of Belgian employment law
  • Experience working with external vendors and benefits providers
  • Background in a professional services or complex organizational environment is a strong asset
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven experience in HR project implementation
  • Experience with HRIS tools (e.g. Workday) is considered a plus
  • Fluent in English and French or Dutch
