As HR Business Partner, you will be in charge of Talent Development and you will make sure that The Human Resources team has a strong link with the business.
- Improvement of policies (beginning stage)
- Contact with the business
- Understanding of needs and issues of the business
- Follow up of in and out's
- Performance management
- Expats and mobility (with a colleague)
- Participation into the training plan
- Support for health and safety
- Contact with external stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR
- Good knowledge of the Belgian Labour Law
- Fluent in English and French
- Comfortable with MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player
