Our customer is a multinational offering a large variety of innovative products worldwide. Fort its Belgian office, we are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to reinforce their team.

Job Description

As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following:

  • You coach and guide the HR operations team (entry/exit procedures, comp&ben, personnel administration, payroll)
  • You are the main point of contact for business leaders and employees when it comes to HR related questions (Talent Management, employee engagement, performance management, well-being programs...)
  • You are in charge of Learning and Development activities and work on e-learning solutions.
  • You seek for a positive and constructive social climate and support the Senior HR Manager in activities linked to social relations
  • You make sure HR procedures and processes are in line with Group policies and comply with local requirements
  • You advise and support the HR Manager on Compensation & Benefits management
  • You follow HR metrics and provide the necessary HR reports and KPI's when required

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
  • You have more than 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role (Soft & Hard HR)
  • You ideally have a first experience working in an international organization, any experience in a production/manufacturing environment is a real asset
  • You show a very good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation allowing you to advise and support your stakeholders efficiently
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently
  • You are analytical and have a solutions oriented attitude
  • You ideally have a first coaching or management experience or have the necessary maturity to lead, inspire and support team members in a constructive manner.
