Our customer is a global IT services company.

For its Belgian headquarter, we are looking for a HR Business Partner who will support their growth

Job Description

As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following:

- You are in charge of recruitment and selection process from A to Z

- You ensure a smooth, human and professional on boarding of new joiners: contract management, registration to insurance companies, Dimona, creation of new employees in the different HR Systems

- You are the SPOC for managers and employees when it comes to HR related questions

- You oversee payroll activities and make sure the input of the payroll data is accurate and delivered on time

- You make sure entry/exit procedures are respected and followed

- You actively contribute to the development of our employees making sure they get the necessary tools and training to be successful in their job

- You lead and/or participate to different HR projects in collaboration with the HR Manager (talent management, performance management, CSR, employer branding...)

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- You have more than 4 years of experience in a generalist HR role

- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English

- You have a very good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation

- You have a hands-on mindset combined to a strong team spirit attitude, you dare to take initiatives and show a real dynamism and passion in what you do

- You can manage your own priorities with few guidance and enjoy sharing best practices with your colleagues

- You are service oriented and always seek to deliver the best HR experience to your internal clients
