Our client is pharmaceutical start-up located in Wavre.


The HR Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Handle compensation and benefits (payroll, health & retirement plans) processes in an accurate and timely manner for Belgium and European countries (currently France, Switzerland, UK, Germany, Netherlands)
  • Conduct reconciliation audits in close collaboration with the payroll provider
  • Manage the fleet (about 10 company cars). Liaise with stakeholders to process efficient management of the car life-cycle
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, CV, medical certificate, parental/thematic leaves, ...) in the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
  • Keep the Organizational Chart up-to-date

Life-cycle Employee:

  • Support the recruitment/hiring process
  • Manage the administration related to enrollments, changes and terminations and update the HR systems
  • Assist with the preparation of the performance review process


  • Support organization-wide training needs and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Benchmark available training courses on the market
  • Maintain program database and training records

HR Projects:

  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects (Comp & Ben, Recruitment, Salary benchmark, International payroll set-up)
  • Support in creating HR Internal & External communication
  • Conduct internal audit of HR processes and recommend possible actions to improve these processes


Are you the right HR Coordinator that we are looking for?

  • Have you a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related ?
  • Are you fluent in English & French ?
  • Do you have 4 years of experience as HR coordinator with strong Payroll and Labor & Employment law knowledge?
  • Are you Proficient with Microsoft Office and other HRIS and in general at ease with digital tools?
  • Do you have excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills?
  • Are you dynamic, proactive, flexible, reliable, and creative? ? Do you takes initiative?
  • Are you team-player, resistant to stress, hands-on ?
