Job Description

An HR Generalist is responsible for a broad range of human resources tasks:

  • Recruiting and onboarding new employees,
  • Managing employee records,
  • Handling employee relations issues,
  • Coordinating training and development programs,
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Supporting payroll and benefits administration,
  • Assist in performance management processes,
  • Contribute to HR policy development and implementation.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for an HR Generalist role is :

  • Proactive and detail-oriented professional,
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously,
  • Experience supporting both employees and management,
  • A strong sense of confidentiality, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential.
  • Proficiency in HR software and a degree in Human Resources or a related field are typically required.
  • Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch
