Job Description

Team Management & Development:

  • 10 FTE (Belgium & Netherlands)
  • Oversee workload, productivity, and foster skills development and team trust (TTA initiatives).



Sourcing Performance:

  • Enforce procurement processes and support buyers with expertise.
  • Drive supplier Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance and implement continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with central procurement to ensure project success and profitability.



Project Execution & Profitability:

  • Support buyers in negotiations, track procurement performance, and address risks with mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to secure project execution and share lessons learned.



Operational Excellence & Cash Focus:

  • Ensure on-time, quality deliveries and collaborate to meet payment targets.
  • Contribute to site-level industrial and operational improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Business School and Master in Purchasing / Supply chain or equivalent trough experience
  • Procurement professional background of 10 years
  • Previous experience of 5 years within indirect sourcing management
  • International mindset
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, French other language is an asset
