Job Description

Key responsibilities:



  • Prepare negotiation strategies and supporting analyses


  • Lead and coordinate commercial and meetings with suppliers


  • Report and consolidate negotiation results for the category group


  • Build price proposals aligned with mandate and company strategy


  • Provide targeted analyses on price, raw materials, and market developments upon request


  • Contribute to projects enhancing negotiation performance
  • Assess supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Successful Candidate Profile



  • University degree in international business, purchasing, supply chain or


  • Professional command of English and fluency in French, any other european language is a plus


  • At least 5 years' experience in purchasing, category buying, or supplier negotiations in food or retail industries


  • Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills for data analysis and reporting


  • Strong negotiation mindset, results-driven and comfortable managing complex discussions


  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure


  • Team player with a collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach
