About Our Client

Our client is an established company based in Belgium, active in the distribution of technical products. It operates in a stable environment and has built a solid reputation over the years. They are looking for an IT Coordinator.

Job Description

As the internal IT expert, you will be responsible for the entire IT landscape and act as the main point of contact for all IT-related matters.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the full IT infrastructure (hardware, software, servers, cloud, network, telephony, backups, etc.)
  • Provide day-to-day support to end users (approx. 30-50 employees)
  • Install, configure, and optimize IT systems and ensure their reliability and security
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
  • Support and guide colleagues, translating business needs into practical IT solutions
  • Ensure continuity and performance of all systems (accounts, data flows, security, etc.)
  • Contribute to IT projects and participate in defining the IT strategy together with management



Main technologies: Windows Server (2012-2019), Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, Intune, SQL environments, ERP systems

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a broad, hands-on IT role
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a generalist position
  • Strong analytical mindset with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to combine operational tasks with strategic thinking
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Fluent in Dutch, with a good working knowledge of French
